Submit your resume, a brief cover letter outlining your motivation, and information about your earliest possible start date and salary expectations.

2. Meet the recruiter

The first video call is a mutual opportunity to get to know each other, clarify the role you applied for, and explore whether your career goals align with where JUNE is right now.

3. Meet the manager

During this video call, you’ll meet your potential future manager and take a deeper dive into the professional aspects of the role and the team it’s part of. 

4. Meet with us in person

We understand the importance of human connection and believe that meeting in person always adds value. That’s why we aim to meet all potential future colleagues face-to-face. Depending on the role, this step may include a case study or a trial work session. 

5. Receive an Offer

In the final step, you’ll receive a formal employment offer as we set the groundwork for a strong and lasting collaboration.

Throughout the entire interview process, we promise honest insights and open feedback. We believe that finding the right match only works if both sides move beyond their “application face.”
