### Björn Frommer

Chief Executive Officer

Lawyer since 1999, specialized in the digital transformation of mass proceedings and large-scale legal projects. Long before “legal tech” became a buzzword, he co-founded the Legal Tech Association Germany, served on its board and now acts as its advisor. His deep industry knowledge lets him spot trends early and steer JUNE’s vision and strategy.

### Christian Häp

Chief Technology Officer

Builds legal software focused on automation, seamless integrations and configurable solutions – and a pioneer in embedding AI into case management, using microservices, resilient software design and advanced cloud technologies.

### Katja Nikolaus

Chief Business Development Officer

Lawyer since 2006 with a background in private practice and close work with in-house legal departments. Leads sales at JUNE – with a passion for building effective teams, streamlining operations and helping clients develop optimal internal workflows.

### Axel Gillessen

Chief Operating Officer

Has run the operations of large-scale legal projects since 2004 – hundreds of thousands of cases – and was involved early on in developing tailored software for them. Translates legal requirements into technical solutions; his expertise in applying large language models opens up entirely new approaches for clients.
