Incoming messages are retrieved automatically and passed into the processing flow; the file number and other information are added to the file immediately. Letters you create are sent directly via beA without leaving JUNE, and attachments can be sorted directly from the file and added in the desired order. Security is paramount: the certificate required for a beA mailbox is stored in a highly secure data vault, and lawyers keep control over their certificates and the letters sent via their mailboxes at all times. eBO and beBPo – the electronic mailboxes that work like beA for organisations and public authorities – are connected as well. 3. 03 ### Email and Word via SharePoint Through connections to various email providers, including Microsoft 365, JUNE enables fully automated receipt and sending of email messages, as well as the collection and processing of all incoming documents.
