CHALLENGE AND PERSPECTIVE
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you are responsible for the continuous development and optimization of our go-to-market processes and systems. You ensure that tools, data, and processes work seamlessly together, creating the foundation for scalable growth.
- End-to-end ownership of our CRM (HubSpot): structure, data quality, and automations
- Optimization of processes across the entire revenue cycle (lead management, pipeline, renewals, upsell, forecasting)
- Building and maintaining our revenue tech stack, including automation and enrichment tools
- Ensuring clean data flows between CRM and Finance (invoicing, revenue recognition, controlling)
- Ownership of deal lifecycle data: contract terms, renewal logic, ARR/MRR tracking
- Creation of reports, dashboards, and forecasts
- Proactive identification of process gaps and cross-functional coordination
- Operational and strategic development of Sales / Revenue Operations
CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION
- Several years of experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and modern go-to-market tech stacks
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Clay, Lusha, Zapier)
- Experience in process optimization, automation, data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Interest in AI-driven workflows and data-driven lead generation
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn, NRR) and their impact on reporting and controlling
- Structured way of working, strong analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills
