Björn has been practicing as a lawyer since 1999. With more than two decades of experience, he specializes in the digital transformation of legal and operational processes, particularly in managing complex mass proceedings and large-scale legal projects.

Long before “legal tech” became a buzzword, he recognized it as the future of legal services. He co-founded the Legal Tech Association Germany, served on its board, and now acts as an advisor, continuing to champion innovation in the legal sector. Today, he is a key driver of JUNE’s vision and strategy. His deep industry knowledge allows him to identify trends early and guide JUNE in a direction that delivers substantial value within clients’ value chains.

For his entire professional career, Christian has been focussing on developing modern software solutions and exploring new opportunities for digital transformation.

Long before JUNE was founded, he specialized in the legal tech field, driven by the vision of elevating legal work through automation, seamless integrations, and project-specific configurable solutions. He is a true pioneer in embedding AI into case management systems, leveraging forward-looking architectural patterns such as microservices and resilient software design, combined with advanced cloud technologies.

Katja has been practicing law since 2006, specializing in transforming legal work and operational processes. Today, she is responsible for sales at JUNE. Her experience in private practice, combined with close collaboration with in-house legal departments, enables her to quickly understand client needs and identify the best opportunities for deploying JUNE.

Her passion lies in building effective teams, streamlining operations, and guiding clients in developing optimal internal workflows.

Axel began focusing on the operational aspects of large-scale legal projects as early as 2004, managing hundreds of thousands of cases. He was involved early on in developing tailored software to support these processes.

With his deep understanding of legal workflows and his ability to translate legal requirements into technical solutions, he creates innovative client solutions. His expertise in applying large language models enables him, through JUNE, to deliver entirely new approaches for clients.
