beA integration
beA is fully integrated into JUNE’s workflows. Incoming messages are automatically retrieved and transferred to the processing flow. The file number and other information are immediately added to the file. Created letters can be sent directly via beA without leaving JUNE. Attachments can be sorted directly from the file and added in the desired order. Security is paramount. The required certificate for a beA mailbox is stored in a highly secure data vault. Lawyers have control over their certificates and the letters sent via their mailboxes at all times.
Full access control
Great attention has been put into making sure that different cooperating teams have full separation when it comes to data access and resources. You can manage multiple outside partners with full transparency, while outside counsel works in a compartmentalized workspace (Collab Spaces) with separate inboxes, reports, and workflows. You still maintain the highest level of governance in a unified working environment while maintaining data isolation. Of course, we also support SSO and multi-factor authentication processes.
