We’re looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) who not only understands complex B2B software solutions, but knows how to position them strategically – with speed, clarity, and a sharp focus on closing. With us, you’ll combine your sales expertise with a truly revolutionary product that delivers real value.

  • You are responsible for the entire sales process – from lead qualification to closing, supported by our SDR team.
  • You run product demos and convincingly communicate the value of our legal tech solution to customers.
  • You build long-term customer relationships and develop a strong professional network.
  • You work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to incorporate customer feedback.
  • You monitor market trends and proactively develop new sales strategies.

CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION

  • You are a sales professional with experience in B2B sales of complex, consultative SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.
  • You are driven by success, highly closing-oriented, resilient, and proactive, and are used to generating around 50% of your pipeline independently.
  • You have a strong affinity for complex technical solutions, are eager to learn, and quick to grasp new concepts.
  • You communicate confidently and as an equal with decision-makers in both German and English.
  • You are a reliable team player and passionate about building something truly great together with JUNE.
  • You are highly proficient with modern CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and leverage relevant sales tools and an efficient tech stack to manage your pipeline in a structured way and continuously optimize processes.
