As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with the founding team on the company’s key priorities:
- Driving strategic initiatives and operational implementation
- Building and scaling core processes and structures
- Taking ownership of cross-functional projects (e.g. launches, new markets)
- Supporting fundraising, investor relations and board matters
- Analysing and managing business and product KPIs
In short: You translate strategy into action – with a direct impact on the company’s success
CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION
We’re not looking for pure thinkers – but for doers who want to make a difference:
- 1–4 years’ experience in start-ups, consulting, VC/PE or a similar environment
- Strong analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills
- High level of personal responsibility & a strong hands-on approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in tech / legal tech
- Excellent command of German and English
Bonus points: Start-up experience, product knowledge or exposure to
strategy/fundraising topics
