CHALLENGE AND PERSPECTIVE

As a Program Manager (m/f/d) SaaS Implementations & Partner Projects, you play a central role in onboarding our enterprise customers onto our SaaS platform – a process defined by complexity and a high degree of individualization. You orchestrate stakeholders on the customer side, internal teams, and external partners, translating complex requirements into smooth project workflows that ensure successful onboarding.
You manage multiple implementation projects in parallel, from initiation through project completion and handover to the Customer Success process.

  • You act as the main point of contact and coordinator at the interface between German- and English-speaking customers, internal departments, and external implementation partners.
  • You plan projects, keep track of timelines, budgets, and milestones, and provide regular progress reporting.
  • You identify, assess, and communicate project risks and dependencies with the goal of proactively preventing or resolving them.
  • Through structured lessons-learned management, you ensure the continuous improvement and scalable application of best practices.
  • Ideally, you actively contribute to requirements engineering, translating complex customer requirements into actionable specifications from a project management perspective.

CHARACTER AND QUALIFICATION

  • Several years of experience in (multi-)project management, ideally in a SaaS or consulting environment
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Confident and decisive presence, with the ability to navigate safely across different hierarchies and organizational environments
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Confluence)
  • Ideally, experience in requirements engineering or technical project management
