WEBINAR LITIGATION BOOST: JUNE X RSM EBNER STOLZ
What can you expect from the webinar?
In this webinar, we will explore together when litigation ceases to be merely labor-intensive and instead becomes systemic. At what case volume do manual processes begin to falter? Where do systemic risks arise? And why does governance become a key management issue once a certain volume is reached?
Dr. Victor Klene provides a practical insight into the operational realities of high-volume processes: data inconsistencies between Word, Outlook, and Excel; the increasing effort required to coordinate between the law firm and the client; growing reporting requirements on the client’s side; and the challenge of maintaining consistent quality in standardized legal documents.
Building on this, we will demonstrate what “Legal at Scale” means in structural terms. It involves centralized case management, transparent process logic, controlled bulk mailing, and integration into existing work environments—not as an added layer of complexity, but as a regulatory framework. Using a concrete application scenario from the airline, data protection, or mass litigation sectors, we demonstrate how operational management functions at the system level — from structured case management to robust reporting.
