We obtain your personal data from the following source: 

•    LinkedIn Sales Navigator: LinkedIn Sales Navigator enables companies to identify and target potential business contacts based on LinkedIn's rich user data. LinkedIn ensures that personal data is processed only within the framework of applicable data protection laws - through transparent privacy notices, adherence to purpose limitation, and privacy impact assessments.

•    Cognism: A business-to-business (B2B) data provider that collects and aggregates professional information from various publicly available sources and databases. 

6. Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients: 

•    HubSpot: A customer relationship management (CRM) platform that we use to manage our contacts, send emails, and track our marketing activities. 
•    Service Providers: We may use other third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf (e.g., IT support, email delivery services). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data. 

7. Data Transfers Outside the EEA

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
