Files can be processed by individuals or by teams. Workflow steps are transparent for others. The processing status is updated in real time for the team. Tasks that are currently being processed are clearly marked as blocked for other users.

Direct collaboration between the law firm, legal department, insurance companies or other parties involved is possible without any additional interfaces or programs. Third-party access can be restricted to specific work steps or documents. Communication - also with third parties - takes place within the platform. This makes e-mails and other means of communication redundant.
 

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR CLASSIFICATION AND DATA EXTRACTION

Documents are data. The intelligent capture of structured data is the starting point of all JUNE processing. Upon receipt of a document, essential data is captured in a matrix - automatically where possible or manually where necessary. 

All documents are readable and searchable thanks to the integrated OCR. Recurring information can be automatically recognized and read out through the use of NLP and AI. Therefore, typical documents can be automatically classified. Party data, file numbers and deadlines can also be automatically extracted and transferred to the file. Data capture can even be fully automated for many documents.

Once data has been entered, it is permanently linked to the original locations in the original document. Essential information can be found at any time and used as full text. Entire text passages can even be stored and used, as screenshots, for example.
 

beA-INTEGRATION

beA is fully integrated into JUNE's workflows. Incoming messages are automatically retrieved and transferred to the processing stage. The file number and any other information is immediately transferred to the file. Correspondence created can be sent directly via beA without leaving JUNE. Attachments can be selected directly from the file and added in the required order. 

Security is the top priority. The requisite certificate for a beA mailbox is stored in a highly secure data vault. Lawyers have control over both the certificate and all correspondence sent from their mailbox at all times.

E-MAIL

Through the optional connection of various email providers (including Outlook 365, Gmail), JUNE enables the fully automated receipt and sending of email messages.

THIRD-PARTY INTERFACES

JUNE replaces multiple standalone modules or programs. If desired, service providers or third-party programs can be connected via current standards such as REST and JSON. A specialized interface to HighQ eliminates duplicate data maintenance for law firms and clients while retaining the processing convenience of JUNE.

DOCUMENT CREATION

Documents can be created on an individual basis or by using templates and text modules - manually, interactively or automatically. Placeholders feed information from previously entered data. The documents are exported in DOCX (Word), PDF or HTML. JUNE document generation is suitable for single and batch processing. No additional document creation programs are required.

DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT IN THE CLOUD

JUNE provides comprehensive workflow within an electronic file. All documents are loaded - manually or via an interface - into the platform, are assigned to the correct file and filed according to document type and sender. All documents can be fully searched (OCR) and texts can be marked and key-worded. Access to documents can be restricted - even by user group.

JUNE handles your document management in its own data room. The need for external data rooms is thus eliminated.

ACTIONS AND WORKFLOWS FOR EFFICIENT PROCESSES

Processes can be controlled and automated using customizable workflows. Each workflow contains individual actions that define the next work step. In this way, work in a team or even individual work can be controlled intelligently. Even external third parties can be integrated into a workflow. 

Workflows and actions can be configured for each use case, displayed as a flowchart and can be adapted to changing needs at any time - all without any programming. Non-specific resubmissions are finally a thing of the past.

RELIABLE MANAGEMENT OF DEADLINES AND DATES 

 JUNE can manage deadlines and court dates. Deadlines can be checked individually or in batches. Court dates can be recorded just as conveniently. Video appointments are marked accordingly and can be launched directly from the personal dashboard. And, of course, all actions can be linked to any existing deadlines and appointments.

INTELLIGENT SEARCH

Essential information can be found at any time thanks to JUNE's comprehensive database, be it master data, case data or entire document contents. 

Search terms are analyzed, meaningfully combined and results then categorized and prioritized according to specific criteria - all without the need to search via individual search fields.

Thanks to the integrated full-text search function, it is possible to find not only documents, but also all the data recorded in them.

REPORTS IN REAL TIME

Structured data and tracked actions enable comprehensive reporting in real time. Processing status, success rates, profitability considerations, participant structures, special process features, etc. - all JUNE data can be used “on demand” for individual evaluations. No matter if for an individual case or the entire project, if for the regular documentation of important key figures or also for a short-term, specific evaluation request. Once configured, it is always available, 24/7, for you or your clients or partners.

Manually maintained data and reports sent by e-mail are finally a thing of the past.
