Where is our data stored?
In certified European data centers. Data is stored redundantly; the data centers hold ISO 27001, 27017, 27018, SOC 1, 2 & 3, C5 and TISAX attestations.
Which certifications does JUNE hold?
JUNE is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and SOC 2 certified. Certificates and reports are available for your vendor assessment.
How is our data separated from other customers?
Data transfer and storage are encrypted and segregated by client or project. Inside JUNE, Collab Spaces separate data, inboxes and workflows between teams and external partners.
Do you support SSO and multi-factor authentication?
Yes. JUNE supports multi-factor authentication and single sign-on, including connection to your Active Directory or other identity providers.
Can we bring our own encryption key?
Yes, bring-your-own-key can be provided for customers whose policies require it.
How do you handle GDPR requirements?
Data residency follows strict EU rules, partners are vetted and covered by validated DPAs, and you keep full rights over data retention and anonymization requests.
How do you test your security?
Through regular internal audits and penetration tests, alongside the independent audits for ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Is every action traceable?
Yes. Every action, document, deadline and workflow step is logged in a chronological case history that supports compliance reviews and audits.
